They have a girlfriend and they live together with her and they have everything they would have were they married. So, there is no need for a man to make her proposal because there are no additional benefits he will get because he already has everything he wanted. He has a girlfriend at home and she cooks and loves him and care about him.

It is like a man has a wife but at the same time he is free. In case he will decide to break up with her there are no official troubles he will face. They will just break up and continue their lives. It is the perfect marriage for men who are thirsty for freedom and who don't want to share their entire lives with a woman. This is the male marriage.

The male point of view is that de facto marriage is a perfect kind of marriage. They have everything they wanted to have but at the same time they are not obliged to give something in response, plus their property are protected by law.
